I bought this game because I read someone else post how it was quite fun, they compared it to Just Dance. I disagree. The gameplay and controls are awful. The songs' tempos are slowed down to fit the dance, you can hear it most evident on Stronger, Smooth, and a couple others. The workout aspect of the game is really good, you'll definitely get a decent workout, plus you get to learn a few dance moves, which is nice. But overall, it doesn't even come close to Just Dance. NOT EVEN CLOSE. -- It ain't no Just Dance...
I am in love with the Golds Gym Cardio Workout so I was excited when I heard about this game. I end up free-styling most of the dance moves because it goes so fast, it is difficult to match the moves successfuly. None of the mini games seem to repond well to my movements which was a disspointment. They are basically useless. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the boxing parts which are pretty fun, but I can get that in the original game. -- not as fun as cardio boxing
I really enjoyed this game.
Likes:
Includes a calendar (similar to Wii Fit)so activity can be tracked
Tutorial to explain the dance moves
Good verbal motivation
Most dances are easy to learn and if a move is to hard I just modify it a little bit
The ability to use two remotes is my favorite thing about it. That is an awesome feature!!! ¢¾
Gives info on calories
Lots of fun and a great workout
Allows time for a check of heart rate
Dislikes:
Some non-dancing games are really odd like the attacking bull. I can't figure that one out. Need to read the instructions I guess.
The Mii character is useless and poorly executed.
I can't figure out how to go back. Once a routine is started there seems to be no way to repeat something.
This is the best executed Wii game I've used so far. Well done, Gold's Gym!

I got this game about 2 weeks ago and am totally addicted to it. I am overweight and out of shape and really need motivation to get into and keep a workout routine. Using this game, I actually want to do the exercise and even do extra. I would highly recommend to anyone to give it a try. -- I love this game
